Abstract: The author analyses the use and functions of the 2nd person singular in the short stories and in the unfinished novel “Zodia scafandrului” written by Mircea Nedelciu. The article extends the observations made by Adrian Oţoiu in his study “Ochiul bifurcat, limba saşie” and acknowledges Nedelciu’s talent to create narrative strategies.
